Squad

Dennis and Jenny Valantine, Kim Edwards, Ru Hunt, Cath Raidaveta and Karin Morgan will be coaching for this season and welcomes you and your family to the 2011/12 season.  We hope that you are all looking forward to another year of fun, friendship and personal achievement.

Swim City Coaching have structured their squads generally on age and swimming ability for the highly competitive, competitive, fitness and stroke correction swimmers.  There will be numerous levels within each squad.  Each squad will have a recommended number of sessions that the swimmer should attend to progress overall skill, technique, fitness and competitiveness.  Swimmers are encouraged to attend all their sessions so that they can maintain their position in the squad and maximise their progress.  For National and State Swimmers it is essential!

Our coaches have had success at all levels of swimming and are only too happy to answer any queries on training or club activities.
